dataJAR’s professional services team will help your organisation fully prepare to ensure your Jamf Pro environment meets the requirements to host in the cloud or on-premise.
Typically, a two or three day on-site professional services engagement takes place, depending on whether you intend to manage macOS or iOS/tvOS devices. This is called a JumpStart and is undertaken by one of our three Jamf certified integrators.

As the number of devices in your environment increases, so does the need for scalable, globally available services to manage them. You handle the inventory, deployment and security of the Apple devices in a secure environment. Jamf Pro (formerly Casper Suite) is designed to automate device management while driving end-user productivity and creativity. It is the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tool that empowers IT pros and the users they support by delivering on the promise of unified endpoint management for Apple devices.
To drive customer success, all sales of Jamf Pro include new customer primer sessions and implementation services. Through remote and on-site sessions, you will be equipped with all the tools necessary to get the most out of your product. You can then begin implementing solutions to the challenges you face every day in the ever-evolving Apple management ecosystem.
During the primer sessions, new customers participate in a series of four workshops with a Jamf expert. This allows both novice and experienced Apple users to start using the solution and receive personalised support, setting you up for immediate success. The workshops include:
- Using Jamf Nation and Apple Services
- Network Infrastructure and Device Enrolment
- Configuration and Settings
- Workflow Fundamentals and Preparing for your Personal Session
During your personalised Jamf implementation session, our Jamf integrators work with you to configure and integrate Jamf Pro seamlessly into your existing environment. Through a hands on approach, our team will help familiarise you with Jamf Pro, providing workflow recommendations, an overview of support resources available to you and additional training and certification options.
With every dataJAR self-managed Jamf Pro solution, you are appointed a Technical Account Manager, or TAM, who will be responsible for the majority of your organisation’s day to day technical needs. For everything else, dataJAR offers an ad-hoc hourly support service known as Tier 1 Support, which will give you access to our team of experts who already look after more than 40,000 Apple devices globally.
