About ISO/IEC 27001 : 2013

The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is an international, non-governmental, independent organisation that sets up global standards to ensure security, quality and safety of products and systems.

ISO 27001 is a specification for an information security system (ISMS). Being ISO 27001 certified means our ISMS is aligned with information security best practice. ISO 27001 is a world-class security management system that allows us to manage the security of employee details, financial information or information entrusted by third parties, allowing customers to have absolute confidence in us when handling their data.

Being certified means all dataJAR internal systems and processes are aligned with information security best practices. dataJAR’s director and head of services, James Ridsdale, said: “Our aim is to provide simple solutions for customers and maintain a strong relationship with them, therefore we always look to do more and raise standards. We do everything we can to make sure our clients feel safe with our processes.”
